Outdoor EDM Night
Full visual production for an outdoor EDM night on the Han River: a 1,200 m² stage, a 260 m² curved LED wall and lighting programmed to every DJ set.
The organisers already had their artists and their licences — what they needed was one team to own the whole visual side: a stage big enough that the crowd's own photos would travel, and lighting locked to every drop in every DJ set.

Concept & storyline
“Flow of Light”
The Han River behind the stage set the idea: a 260 m² curved LED wall wrapping the DJ booth like a bend in the river, every visual built from scratch around that sense of flow — no off-the-shelf effect libraries — and a programmed moving-head rig pouring light from the stage out over the crowd, phrase by phrase.
Running order on the night
- 17:00
Final sound-check with each DJ, light cues matched to the set list
- 19:00
Doors open — holding visuals drifting at the pace of the river
- 20:00
Opening set — LED strips rise from the centre out to both wings
- 21:30
Main sets — moving heads on every drop, visuals changing chapter with each DJ
- 23:00
Finale — the whole LED wall turns white, the closing shot for the crowd

- Creative concept and 3D visualisation of the 1,200 m² stage
- Build of the stage and the 260 m² curved LED wall
- LED screen content produced set by set
- Lighting programmed and run on show night with the technical crew

Results
- The stage and LED wall became the crowd's main photo backdrop all night
