Our venue work is not a rental catalogue. It is a network of strategic partnerships with conference centres, hotels, restaurants and indoor arenas across Da Nang. We survey every site in person and read the space against the size and character of your programme — available power load, ceiling height, guest flow, parking — then support you through the rental paperwork and the licence applications.

On the technical side we supply sound and lighting systems, LED screens, marquees, tables and chairs, entrance gates and backdrops. Every item is serviced on a fixed schedule, tested before each handover and delivered with a technician who stays on site to run it at the right output. Delivery, build and strike all happen inside the time slots agreed in advance, so the venue’s own schedule is never affected.

We have no venue yet — can you help us find one?
Yes, and it is what this service line is built for: we work in partnership with conference centres, hotels, restaurants and indoor arenas in Da Nang. Describe the size and character of your programme, and we will survey sites, propose two or three options with the pros and cons of each, and support the rental process.
Can we hire equipment on its own, without the event production?
Yes. Plenty of teams running their own event need only sound, lighting, LED screens or a marquee — we rent by item and send a technician to operate it, so the kit runs at the right output.
How is rental priced?
The quotation is itemised line by line and includes transport, installation and strike within the Da Nang area. Send your programme details through the form and we will reply with a proposal within 24 working hours.
What if a piece of equipment fails mid-event?
Every critical item has a spare on site and a technician on duty throughout the programme to swap it in the moment something goes wrong, keeping disruption to a minimum.
